In short: Pixel Bounce is a tool that runs entirely on your device. We do not collect, upload or sell any personal information about you — the app contains no server, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs. Your photos and your exports stay on your own device.
This policy covers the iOS app Pixel Bounce (bundle ID goos.Pixel-Bounce) distributed through the App Store and published by an individual developer. The developer and the billing party are the name shown under “Provider” on the App Store product page. Contact details are in section 9.
For the same reason, the App Store “App Privacy” nutrition label for this app declares No Data Collected.
| Capability | What it is for | The boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Camera | Live viewfinder, so what you see on screen can become the bead artwork directly. | Viewfinder frames are processed in memory on your device only. Nothing is saved or uploaded automatically. A file exists only after you press the shutter and choose to save. |
| Photo library — add only | Saving the export you confirmed into your library. | The app requests Add Only permission. It cannot read, list or scan the other photos in your library. |
| Picking one photo | Importing a single image you choose, through the system picker (PHPicker). | iOS presents the picker, and only the one item you tap is handed to the app. The app gets no library access and sees nothing else. |
| Person segmentation | Detecting the person in the frame and replacing the background. | Performed by Apple’s Vision framework entirely on your device. No network request is made. |
The app keeps your work in its own sandboxed storage on your device, so that the “Recent” stack and continued editing can work. Each project holds a copy of the source image, the export, a thumbnail and the parameters (grid, colour count, palette, style, aspect ratio, size). None of these files pass through anything we operate.
If you have enabled device backup in Settings → [your name] → iCloud → iCloud Backup, iOS may include this app’s sandboxed work in the backup that goes to your own iCloud account. That is Apple’s backup mechanism; we can neither read it nor take part in it. To avoid it, turn iCloud Backup off, or disable backup for this app in your iCloud settings.
Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase completed through Apple’s in-app purchase system (StoreKit):
“Settings → About” and the paywall footer link to this Privacy Policy and to the Terms of Service, which for apps distributed on the App Store is Apple’s Standard License Agreement. Pages beyond this one are provided by Apple or by others, and we are not responsible for their content or controls.
Pixel Bounce is a general-purpose creative tool. It is not designed for, and not marketed to, children under 13. Because we collect no data at all, no data about children is collected either.
You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your information. Since all of it lives only on your device, you can exercise those rights through iOS itself: delete projects inside the app, revoke Camera or Photo Library permission at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security, or uninstall the app to clear everything. If you need help, or if you are making a request under the law where you live (for example the EU GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), write to the address below — in practice what we can confirm is that we hold nothing to hand over or to delete.
Questions, comments or complaints about this policy: [ss0593@qq.com]. We reply within a reasonable time.
If the app’s features or our data handling change, we will update this page and the effective date and policy version at the top. The in-app link (“Settings → About → Privacy Policy”) always points to the current version, so it is worth reading again after a major update.
This page describes only how this app handles privacy.
